Amiqus have partnered with industry leading AAA publishers in Lyon, to help them find an experienced Brand Manager to define and carry out the Marketing Strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands.

Their company has succeeded over the last few years in setting up and developing their business across the EMEA region. They are the market leader in the Japanese animation segment, they successfully develop historical and new franchises and they publish and distribute for major video game companies.

Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:

Team Management

Lead, manage, monitor and motivate a team of product manager to ensure that their duties are carried out on time and budget, in accordance with the products’ and territories’ needs. Support the product managers on important titles to ensure that the product strategy is well defined and executed.

Brand Management

Build the brand strategy (when relevant), in collaboration with the product manager team. Define the main strategic pillars in coordination with US and Japanese Marketing/Production teams Create the brand vision & strategy in collaboration with the different stakeholders Define and carry out the marketing strategy across PAL territories, ensuring that it is relevant, innovative and applicable to all sales companies. Drive, in collaboration with the Creative Service, the development of creative assets with the developer/licensor/creative agency, including media advertising, screenshots, trailers, renders, social media tools, website, etc. Manage the marketing budget for your portfolio and make recommendations

Candidate Profile

Proven Product Marketing Management experience as Product Manager preferably within the videogames industry or entertainment industry Excellent understanding of marketing strategies especially digital ones First experience in managing people Excellent creative and strategic thinking Excellent organization and time management ability Passionate about videogames & gamer Strong interest for the marketing field in the videogame or entertainment sectors Motivation, flexibility, organizational talent, good communication skills
