We are looking for a skilled and ambitious talent to manage the technical translation and realization of our CRM & Omnichannel campaigns in the French market.
You will support the Head of CRM in orchestrating and onboarding all our channels to ensure the best delivery of our contact strategy. You operate the tools to run all the campaigns smoothly and with high quality.
The position sought includes the following activities:
Contribute to forecast of business performances thanks to a database covering and contact policy management.
Further development of the CRM strategy (towards marketing automation and data driven marketing)
Definition of target groups, considering appropriate segmentation methods and providing data for customer targeting.
In a transversal role you coordinate other CRM experts to set up the best targeting brief and DB coverage
Based on your good knowledge of the available data and tool you propose the best technical development: choice of data, setup of the campaign, delivery time, in order to run and create successful campaigns.
Responsible for Adobe Campaign usage thanks to an external consultancy management
Ongoing monitoring and reporting of results as well as execution of campaign performance, analysis, maintenance, and development of existing customer database
What you'll need
Previous experience in CRM campaign management. Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization in highly customer-oriented organizations.
Logical thinking, ability to in a structured way and performance orientation.
High degree of initiative, enthusiasm for team working and project management.
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign is a plus
Excellent verbal (and written) communication skills, and a good level of English
