Brief Summary of Role
Appirio is looking for a passionate and experienced field marketing manager who will be responsible for driving marketing plans and events to increase and accelerate pipeline both direct and through key channel relationships. In 2017, we will be delivering our biggest campaign programme, the second year of our 'Worker Experience' World Tour across European regions - where you will play an instrumental role in its overall success.
This person must be both strategist and tactician as they will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to create thought leadership and lead generation events that balance short-term revenue with longer term client relationships.
We’re looking for someone that is creative but analytical, who is friendly and team oriented, but can thrive in a fast paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
Defining marketing plans that create/accelerate opportunities and build executive relationships
Driven by ROI outcomes related to events programmes and pipeline generation for regional Account Executives
Strong understanding of Demand Generation processes, working alongside sales development reps in the region
Overseeing all aspects of corporate events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor and partner management, content development, and working with sales to drive strategy around the event
Collaborating closely with executives, sales management, field sales, corporate marketing, content marketing, marketing operations and communications to create and deliver integrated field events that tie back to Appirio near term and long term objectives
Tracking program results, measuring success, and reporting to marketing and sales
Maintaining event and overall program budgets
Work with partners and their marketing/sales teams to design and implement joint campaigns
Create and manage campaigns within Salesforce.com in order to support metrics for lead dashboards and quarterly business reports
Education and Required Experience (Requirements)
2-4 years field marketing experience
Fluent in French and English
Bachelor's degree, focus on business, marketing or communications preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ideally, you should enjoy learning about how field events affect revenue generation - pro-active in your approach to delivering ROI
Experience working with multiple territories, multiple priorities, and multiple projects at once
Experience in B2B and/or technology industry
Experience with salesforce and marketing automation systems, Salesforce CRM and Marketo preferred
Experience in corporate and field events
Budgeting experience using Google Sheets
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Located in Paris, France
