We are looking for a brand marketing manager tasked with driving awareness, affinity and preference for the Autodesk brand in France. By applying your deep knowledge of local market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs and cultural nuances, you will create, coordinate, and execute brand storytelling and experiences that elevates the Autodesk brand in locally relevant and resonant way.
This role is based in Paris and reports to the head of Brand Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsibilities
Sets Autodesk’s local brand marketing plan to support the country’s business goals, using knowledge and expertise in the local market to adapt our global brand strategy for local relevancy.
Identifies great stories that help bring the brand to life
Engages with global brand marketing colleagues to develop and execute plans for brand campaigns, branded events, earned media (PR), brand social channels, and owned content.
Serves as a strategic business partner to local sales and demand generation marketing teams to support to the country’s unique brand awareness needs and contribute to its business growth.
Is an advocate, advisor, resource and “bar raiser” for the Autodesk brand locally, ensuring brand consistency and cohesiveness.
Uses data to measure and adapt brand marketing activities that grow the value of the Autodesk brand

Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management and/or integrated marketing. Experience in digital marketing, social media and/or PR a plus.
Proven understanding of how to adapt brand strategy for local market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and cultural nuances
Working knowledge of current content marketing, social media, PR, experiential marketing and brand activation trends and best practices
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, multicultural, multilingual matrixed organization
Experience in social impact or corporate social responsibility a plus
Experience working for a multinational organization a plus
Strong written and verbal communications skills and French/English fluency required.
Ability to manage a budget and agency partners
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
