This role supports and contributes in the development and management of our Channel Partners to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns. Impacts sales results by co-coordinating and executing marketing and product launch activities among others. Responsible for driving alignment and amplification of Autodesk’s marketing within the assigned partners. This position requires a full understanding of how to apply Autodesk’s marketing strategies effectively along with our channel partners to drive exceptional business growth. Working closely with account managers in the sales organization to drive partner success & developing best in class marketing with our partners. We are searching for an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager to help our channel partners drive unprecedented business growth across EMEA for Autodesk software. The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing plans and activities through our channel partner network to support Autodesk business goals. This role includes engaging directly with our partners to ensure marketing plans are understood and executed, as well as working closely with account managers in the sales organization to drive partner success. The ability to consult and support tactically at the point of marketing execution with all levels within the partner organization, including innovating and influencing at senior levels, is key to success in this role. This position reports to the Regional Partner Marketing Manager for EMEA.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving alignment and amplification of Autodesk’s marketing within the assigned partners. This position requires a full understanding of how to apply Autodesk’s marketing strategies effectively along with our channel partners to drive exceptional business growth
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with partners by demonstrating a strong understanding of the partners business
Develop strong relationships with partner managers and strategic internal teams to drive partner success & developing best in class marketing with our partners
Innovating and influencing at senior levels in our partners, plus the ability to consult and support tactically at the point of marketing execution
The role requires a blend of marketing acumen applied to business development with our partners
Implementing channel campaigns to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
Actively support partner marketing planning process including quarterly and annual marketing plans
Review Sales/POS/ Promotions analysis to provide strategic, actionable recommendations for channel offerings, demand and campaign planning
Create and manage communications with channel partners to drive awareness of campaigns, product updates, and business news
Increase partner marketing capability through consistent marketing training
Support Autodesk marketing compliance through our partners to increase alignment
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a confident communicator and presenter
Strong writing skills and the ability to present concepts verbally are essential
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
Superior project management and time management skills
Experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting.
An eye for detail and acute stakeholder awareness to ensure internal and external alignment
Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly
To be adaptable to changing priorities
Strong critical thinking skills
Innovation Management: Identify and bring ideas to the market by effectively managing the creative and implementation process.
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing
Proven professional work experience, ideally managing external partners
Travel is required 25% of time
