What you will be responsible for


Channel marketing

Develop the communication strategy for our partners (through the partner pages, newsletters, social media platforms) Localize, implement and enhance the corporate channel partner programto onboard new partners, animate existing ones, revive inactive ones; this means defining and implementing integrated campaigns (including events, webinars, digital marketing, telemarketing), Manage in collaboration with the national Distribution Manager and sales team, the marketing plan for the distributors to ensure the communication, education and recruitment of the partners according to the local marketing strategy. As part of the marketing plan for France, define and implement the marketing activities to animate the Sales Territory plans working with the key account managers and inside sales (including Axis or third-party events, webinars, digital marketing, telemarketing) Promote and manage the Academy and Certification program working with the local trainer to maximize attendance at the training sessions and increase the number of certified partners (especially Gold and Silver ones),


Small & Medium business programs

Analyze the market to determine the appropriate approach to increase the attractiveness of our Small & Medium Business towards resellers plus end-customers for Small Business, Contribute to recruit new resellers for Small & Medium business, onboard and activate the existing ones including on-line resellers (for Small Business) to support regular sales, Generate leads to support our partners’ sales. to do so, use all marketing techniques, including the digital ones to be impactful and efficient, Adapt continuously the marketing tactics applying a Test & Learn approach.


For these programs, you will

Define targets and KPIs, Implement integrated campaigns including content marketing and lead nurturing to maximize the conversion into sales opportunities, Work closely with the sales team to understand the business needs and make sure that the lead follow-up is done properly (using our tools Salesforce and Pardot), Collaborate with peers and colleagues (Southern Europe, other regions and corporate) to develop best practices. Analyze Return on Investment, share results and conclusions, Create local sales tools (collaterals, presentations, etc…) and case studies when appropriate, Proof read translated & localized material.


We are looking for you if you…

Are business school degree or equivalent, Understand strategic business challenges and know how to transfer them into creative and efficient marketing programs / activities, Are autonomous while being a flexible team player, eager to work with sales team, Like to take the full leadership on the programs under responsibility, Possess excellent organizational skills, being able to handle multiple priorities, Are a good communicator sharing regularly about plans, progress and results, using all relevant channels,

Apart from this you have the following qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in BtoB marketing, including in an indirect business model (distributors, resellers, system integrators) Experience in integrated marketing campaigns and events organization, Digital marketing (social media, SEO, Google AdWords…), CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce and Pardot knowledge appreciated), Fluent English and French, Knowledge / experience in IT / Security market is a real plus.


As a member of our enthusiastic Southern Europe marketing team (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal), you might lead regional initiatives, working with peers and colleagues all over the world; so occasional travels is a natural part of the job. You will report to the regional marketing manager.

The position is based in our brand new office in Bagneux, (2 km from Paris Porte d’Orléans, RER Arcueil Cachan) offering services like cafeteria, gym center, conciergerie, parking...
