Objectives of the Position

Part of the GDS strategy, BASF Shared Services Center Kuala Lumpur (BSSCKL) is one of the established Digital Hub for APAC region.

Join the team of Workforce Enablement and drive the people-related changes of digitalization in BASF.

Main Tasks

You will be responsible for change management, communication and learning activities within product team or projects for workplace & collaboration to ensure a successful development.
You conduct change impact, and learning need analyzes as well as derive fitting actions (e.g. communication plan, change and learning curricula).
You create strategies for development of people and process knowledge
You develop and deliver change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels
You align your activities with both global and local teams, also on management level.
You maintain an innovative and progressive approach to change, communication and learning and develop approaches further (keep it state of the art).
You manage and coordinate the delivery of learning materials across all stakeholders
You are an active part in our global change, communication and learning team
You liaise with 3rd party vendors and establish/maintain good working relationships
You have the ability to work flexibly and independently, plan and coordinate tasks and work within time and budgetary requirements

Requirements

Education

Degree in science/education and gathered experience in a science or technical-related field, professional instructional design or scientific communication within R&D; experience in  applying digital learning methodologies and technologies in a corporate environment.

Working Experience

You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Change Management, Communication and Learning in a multinational and multi-cultural organization
You are experienced to manage stakeholders. Executive stakeholder level is a plus.
You bring a structured, analytical approach and you’re quality focused.
Experience in state-of-the-art methodologies and the willingness to further develop. Agile methodology and Design Thinking are a plus.

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

Experience as a trainer, change manager and project manager
Experience in Agile way of working or agile implementation approach
Strong Digital mindset to accelerate BASF Digitalization transformation journey
Fluent in English
