Job description:

As a member of a project team, you will participate in the design of new marketing solutions, the transformation of the customer journey, and the establishment of new business models.

Key responsibilities will include:

Map out and benchmark the competitive landscape and digital challenges of our clients across their business Develop approach to assess our clients’ digital marketing capabilities (E-commerce, analytics, CRM, social, etc) Build a digital marketing roadmap along with proposed solutions including new customer journeys, partners, business models, processes, etc. Collaborate with design and implementation teams to ensure we deliver our clients an end to end value proposition Prepare case studies to assist marketing and business development

What We Need From You

3+ years Digital Marketing experience in a B2C environment either client, agency or consultancy side – a must Good knowledge of multi-channel marketing, especially Email, Mobile, Social, Web – a must Strong knowledge of CRM technology, multi-source data integration – a must Experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.– highly preferred Experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage Passion about new technologies and marketing solutions Fantastic presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships among teams Fluent in English
