Senior Brand Manager - France

The following position is based in Paris, 60% office based / 40% home office.

Strategic and operational leadership of a portfolio of Beam Suntory brands, achieving defined Marketing- as well as agreed volume, net sales, profit and growth objectives.

Role Responsibilities

Main responsibilities
Development and implementation of long-term growth strategies for the defined brands aligned with the VIA objectives (where to play and how to win) and defined objectives and targetsDevelopment, implementation and tracking of the multi-year growth planDevelopment, implementation and tracking of the annual Activity GridDesign & development of annual media plansDevelopment, implementation and tracking of consumer and brand activationsManagement and Control of the annual Marketing BudgetDefinition and tracking of brand KPIsClose cooperation with the Beam Suntory France teamCross functional working with key departments to achieve annual targets and objectives (Global Brand teams, International marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain...)Be lead country and partner for international projectsProvide thought leadership to the marketing team on distributor side for France

Qualifications & Experience

Min 5 years of Brand Marketing experience in an international FMCG company in France preferably in Spirits.
Master’s degree with focus Marketing or related subjectsExperience in running Marketing agenda across International marketsProven experience in leading and developing a team of min 3-5 direct reports as an advantageProven track record in managing a Masterbrand with multiple categories or a portfolio of brandsProven experience in the areas of media planning, BTL, PR, Social and Digital mediaAbility to understand sales fundamentals and interest to develop close Marketing/sales relationship to achieve business goalsKnowledge of on-trade & Cavists is a must
