Healthcare Marketing communication Manager W/M
Reporting directly to Industrial Microbiology Unit Communication Director, your role will be to strengthen Healthcare Business identity, positioning and visibility as Pharma Manufacturing Performance Provider by implementing multichannel communications plans promoting value story, scientific proof and digital campaigns in accordance with Industrial Microbiology Communication strategy.
Your mains accountabilities are to :
Develop the Healthcare Business Value Story to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization as performance provider for Pharma industry.
Collaborate with marketing & scientific affairs teams to develop integrated online & offline marketing campaigns in support of defined product/solution focus.Build MARCOM strategy and budget and coordinate and execute multichannel communications plans with the support of Corporate Communication team.
Boost digital Campaigns & Social Media
Identify new campaign opportunities across customer segments based on thorough understanding of segment potential, as well as bioMérieux’s products and priorities. Work with the marketing and scientific affairs to develop assets in support of demand generating and engagement activities Execute campaign strategy with attention to detail and analytics.Engaging with customers using social media. Maximizing follower’s social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn
Skills and experience:
Marketing background and education Minimum 10 years of experience in an international environment Proven marketing communications experience in a corporate or agency environment preferably in Life science or Medical Technology. Knowledge on branding and content strategy & writing Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include email, live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking. Experience launching and reporting on campaigns using programs like Pardot and Salesforce.com. Experience using analytics to continually optimize campaigns Fluent English is a must Ability to work well in a team environment and to collaborate with internal and external resources. Strong written, oral, and organizational communication skills, paying attention to details when proof reading content.
