Principales missions
Rattaché au Directeur Marketing de la BU cicatrisation, le Senior Brand Manager de la franchise Advanced Wound Care (AWC) aura pour responsabilité d’assurer le développement et la mise en œuvre du plan marketing des gammes de produits de la franchise Cicatrisation (AQUACEL Extra, la gamme des hydrocellulaires AQUACEL Foam, AQUACEL Foam Pro, ConvaMax…) dans le respect de la stratégie du groupe et de la filiale France.
Le Senior Brand Manager déploiera la stratégie marketing grâce à des plans opérationnels impactants notamment à travers l’élaboration de campagnes multicanales à destination des professionnels de santé et en support de la force de ventes.
Le Senior Brand Manager aura la responsabilité de la performance des gammes de produits de la franchise cicatrisation et devra ainsi faire preuve d’esprit stratégique et de créativité pour continuer à soutenir la croissance ainsi que défendre les marques existantes à forte valeur ajoutée.
Le Senior Brand Manager aura par ailleurs la responsabilité du management et du développement d’un Chef de Produits Digital.

En interne, le collaborateur travaillera en étroite et constante collaboration en France avec les équipes ventes, médicale, réglementaire, Business Intelligence & Sales Force Effectiveness, ainsi qu’en collaboration avec l’équipe marketing international.
En externe les interlocuteurs seront variés : prestataires (agence, imprimeur, maison d’édition…) et Clients Convatec (grossistes, revendeurs…).

Reporting to FBNL Advanced Wound Care (AWC) Associate Marketing Director, the AWC Senior Brand Manager is building and deploying the French marketing action plan of the whole AWC portfolio (AQUACEL Extra, Foam range, ConvaMax…) targeting hospital and community settings consistently with the Global and French strategies.
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the strategic plan including implementation through to multi-channel marketing campaigns to gain cut through in a highly competitive market.
The Senior Brand Manager owns the performance of AWC brands and uses insights and creative thinking to drive growth and defend existing business from competitive threats. Continue to inspire belief in the value of these brands through brand leadership and execution excellence are critically important in this role.
This role is pivotal to further driving growth and defending against competition with our heritage brands that originally revolutionized the wound care market.
The Senior Brand Manager manages the Digital Products Manager.
Duties and responsabilities
Lead the brand planning process, develop and implement French strategies and operational plan to protect and grow AWC brands
Build and roll-out the operational marketing plan according to the French strategy with the objective to get positive ROI
Participate and provide input to the new marketing campaigns collaborating with the global marketing team
Responsible for building the multi-channel action plan
Own, develop and maintain KPIs to analyze sales performance, market conditions & competition including measuring campaign performance and optimization of marketing materials
Manage the Digital Products Manager
Adapt, conceive, and develop promotional tools to support sales force
Ensure all AWC marketing materials is up to date
Continually improve the defined actions based on running feedbacks from the sales forces and the Key Account Manager, regular customer contacts and data analysis
Support delivery of new starter training and attend customer meetings, sales conferences local or international
Manage annual brand A&P budget
Build and deploy the trade action plan for wholesalers and bandagists

Profile
Scientific or business educational background (Bac+5 / master degree)
5 years in a marketing role within pharmaceutical and medical device companies
Knowledge and interest for health environment
Strategic thinking capabilities evidenced by successful delivery of projects in a previous marketing role
Mastery of core marketing principles and proven experience in multi-channel campaign within medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals
Organization and prioritization of information and time to meet business needs
Team and collaborative spirit
Autonomy and proactivity

Excellent numerical, analytical and computer skills to quickly assimilate and interpret large amounts of information
Project management and teamwork oriented
