About the role


An exciting challenge in an international fast-growing environment with a strong focus on developing centrally the retail strategies and activating trade strategies at a worldwide level. You will be acting as a business driver, delivering the brand strategy and supporting the markets with concrete recommendations.


As a luxury goods company in constant growth, we are actively looking for a talent who will take charge of an exciting role.



Position


The main mission are:



To define centrally the right retail strategy and tools in collaboration with the various support services.
To drive the brand fragrance business strategy at worldwide level.
The role encompasses all trade marketing and retail activities and requires to proactively support and follow up on projects execution in all markets.

This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across functions (Creative, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, Digital, Logistic, Finance…) and all the markets to align on the strategy and strict implementation while ensuring consistency & protection of Brands image and achieving business goals.



Build effective and relevant GTM 360 degrees' strategies



Build strategy



Set up brands strategy while ensuring effective communication between HQ & markets.
Act as interface for Marketing, Digital, Training, Merchandising, Media, Logistics and IM Departments to ensure consistency between all touch points in line with the marketing strategy and deadlines.
Set up marketing mix: line up, pricing, distribution, promotion, placements strategies; and finally, discontinuations.


Ensure best retail experience



Responsible of retail excellence: Set up retail strategy and tools coordinating all support teams (marketing, merchandising, training, promotion…).
Secure best in class local implementation of 360 activation (Retail, Merchandising, Media, in-store Animation, Education, Pricing, Sampling, Gifting, E-commerce) as per Marketing calendar.


Monitor WW Performance



Collect and analyze brand performance and market data (sell in and sell out), recommend required/adjusted actions, share regular reports internally and with fashion houses
Collect and compile specific regional markets trends, share best practices and needs
Build presentations for Markets, Board Meetings, Fashion Houses and Retailers


Profile



Minimum of 6 years experience in Operational or International Marketing position, and in a Retail function within a fragrance or a leading global company very consumer and/or retail centered
Agility & ability to think global and local and drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities
Fluent in English
Team working ability and excellent communication skills
Creative, innovative thinking, pro-active attitude
Business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses work; knows the competition; strong affinity with the beauty category in a selective environment
