We are looking for our new Marketing manager, a fragrance expert that is passionate about products innovations and product development in the luxury field to develop the Burberry brand.


We search for a proactive Marketing manager to be part of the Burberry Fragrance team and strongly contribute to the acceleration of the brand in beauty.


We are looking for the future member is also rigorous, business driven and a good team player with clien- oriented mind to be in close link with the Burberry fashion house.



THE ROLE


MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The marketing manager will be in charge of the strategy of the line he/she is responsible for: will participate in the fragrance franchise positioning in key markets to recommend strategic moves, develop new business opportunities and create the 3Y relevant launch plan for these lines (key product initiatives, concepts, big idea, innovation, new campaign, …). Keeping close link with markets needs and trade marketing to work on relevant offer and align on strategy
He/she will

Define the best outstanding support 360 toolboxes to achieve successful new launches or support existing lines aligned with markets and commercial needs, as well as lead development of communication assets in line with brand and line with expert teams and fashion house (advertising, digital, POS). All project / 360 need to be developed with consistency with brand values and with a focus on creativity / out of the box mindset
Recommend new product concepts and develop the product mix for new projects
Drive industrial development with experts teams (R&D, labs, supply)
Improve sustainability of the brand on all projects


Follow up financials KPIs for his/her axis

Budget follow up: be in charge of franchise/pillar budget
Monitor sales (market shares, turnover, net sales
Monitor the cost tracking, the margin objective and the profitability of the lines under responsibility

Relationship with fashion house and Burberry internal creative studio for all assets development (products and campaigns from the brief to execution)
Management team of 1-2 people: drive business and have them grow

Understanding Fragrance category to recommend right strategy (consumer, market specificities…)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)



4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
Between 5 and 7+ years of Marketing including experience in Global Fragrance Marketing Development and management
English spoken
