Lorsque Will Shu, le CEO et fondateur de Deliveroo, a déménagé à Londres en 2013, il a découvert une ville foisonnant de très bons restaurants. Mais à sa grande surprise, peu d'entre eux proposaient de livrer leurs plats. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting into the Head of National Marketing Activations. This is a fixed term contract due to maternity leave.
Missions :
Plan the national promotion agenda
- You will work hand in hand with central teams in the UK to articulate experimentation programs to deepen our understanding of promos and the role they play, ensuring systematic analysis of effectiveness of different offers, and making sure that the experimentation agenda matches our local market strategic priorities
- You will coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure a consistent campaign framework, making sure that national campaigns calendar is consistent with other marketing campaigns (eg : local, grocery)
- You will perform regular competitive benchmarking on offers/discounts/merchandising, in order to identify key opportunities & recommend changes to Deliveroo's promotions strategies
Execute national marketing campaigns
- You will adapt centrally-owned campaigns to the French market, working closely with central teams
- You will frame & execute local marketing campaigns relative to national strategic initiatives to drive recruitment & retention, working with some of our strategic partners
- You will collaborate with Loyalty, CRM, Restaurant marketing and Central Promotions teams to ensure the best execution
- You will report on success metrics, building learnings for future campaigns
Requirements
- 3-5 years work experience, ideally in strategy/consulting and/or marketing with relevant operational experience in the promotional strategy
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent project management and communication skills, experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working in multi-functional teams
- Can-do, problem-solving attitude, with a bias towards action
- Ability to think about the picture whilst digging deep into the details
- Comfortable with fast-changing organisations
- Fluent in English
