 In this context of strong transformation, the Strategic Planning office is central to the roll-out of Devoteam’s strategy. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, and in close collaboration with the group’s General Management, the team oversees the group’s transformation: 

Owning and continuously improving the group’s governance and operating cadence

Running the Group’s strategy & transformation program management, overseeing multiple project teams and ensuring program goals are reached

Steering the group’s managerial communication to onboard and align all stakeholders

Job Description

As Strategy & Transformation Program Manager you will strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organisational objectives while developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement, and maintaining organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance:

Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams 

Work with project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects 

Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Continuously improve our Project Management methodology, process and tooling

You will also support the Strategic Planning office team, running the group governance and steering the managerial communication.

Qualifications

Higher education degree in business, engineering or equivalent schools. 
3+ years in an project management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
You have a project management certification: project management professional (PMP) / PRINCE II/ PMBOK etc.
English and French are necessary on a daily basis, they must be spoken and written fluently. A third language may be a plus. 
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have solid organisational skills including time management and attention to detail, multitasking skills and facilitation skills
