We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Growth Manager responsible for designing and driving a comprehensive lead generation strategy, spanning from acquisition of new customers to retention of existing ones.
The Growth Marketing Manager will own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Lead overall Lead Generation planning efforts including production of lead generation goals, forecast and measuring overall results.
Leverage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content, chatbots, etc.
Management and segmentation of our contact list : the days of full blasts and spamming are over. In its place, we want you to understand the right nurture tracks to provide incremental value and nudge our leads towards sale in a way that feels human and still converts. We also need you to understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Provide day-to-day management and accountability for all email marketing, social media marketing and other promotional programs
Work with various teams (design, content, product marketing, product, sales) to implement strategies
A minimum of 3 years of past experience with Outbound, Lead Gen, Paid Acquisition, ABM, Email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Creative, passionate marketer with desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy
Hands-on experience using marketing automation & CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Intercom, Drift.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teams
