Nous cherchons un/une Ice cream brand experience manager out of home (H/F)

Télétravail 3 à 4 jours par semaine

Missions :
Consumer understandingDrive researches to deep dive consumer OOH behaviors
Develop new Front of House (FOH) experiences
Engage consumers trough impactful glacier concept
Maximize Magnum pleasure store experience
Create memorable materials for restaurants
Impulse : reshape the visibility experience (POS materials)
Pop-up stores design
Partner for store design
Imagine and leverage OOH activations to make our brands inevitable & accelerate demand. These activations will be adapted & rolled out by OOH Catman & sales team
Develop master activations to drive growth of FOH
Develop master activations for impulse on all OOH channels to both amplify marketing plan on innovation and activate specific OOH impulse offers.
To be thought in collaboration with Catman & sales team
Media recommendation & deployment to leverage these initiatives, complementary to national plan (OOH media : Digital / social / geolocalisation / Etc.. )
Measure performance
Marketing plan for key customers & support new customers conquests
Develop marketing brand experience plan for Disneyland Paris and other key customers
Propose innovative & adapted marketing activation plan for prospects, collaboration with sales & catman team
PROFIL :
BAC + 5 / Business School
First marketing experience with OOH brand activation, events
English Fluent, Project management
Love food, Creative & rigorous, autonomous, sharp, bias for action and able to step back
Ability to embark & engage teams around activation plans
