AR/VR is looking for an experienced, business minded and highly talented marketer to take on this this exciting new role in the Paris Facebook office focused on Facebook hardware. Reporting to the Channel Marketing Lead in London, this role will own retail/channel marketing, online retail executions, in store marketing programmes and customer acquisition for AR/VR in Southern Europe. The AR/VR team is developing the future of virtual reality and bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. The Channel Marketing team at Facebook is tasked with growing consumer adoption of Facebook hardware technology and with working with partners to develop this new exciting category.

CHANNEL PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER - SOUTHERN EUROPE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage online and in store retail presence to create best in class consumer shopping experiences across Southern Europe, primarily France, Spain and Italy
Create retail marketing programs to drive sales of AR/VR products in Europe such as bundles, promotions and content offers
Work in close conjunction with the Territory Sales Lead to support his/her objectives and drive the day-to-day execution of all retail marketing activity, track key metrics, improve efficiencies through the marketing mix
Develop retail merchandising and branding in store and online to promote the Oculus and Facebook brand and products
Support the Sales and Channel team to build effective retail partnerships and support them with operational needs around retail programmes
Manage performance marketing campaigns and co-marketing display programmes • Expand retail footprint to new accounts and new stores to drive sales growth
Support retail expansion into new stores and new European markets
Ensure effective localization of all marketing assets to support retailers to promote and sell AR/VR products
Feed back to MPK local insight into the brand and the value propositions for the product portfolio
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced European Channel Marketing specialist who will excel in a fast paced company with high expectations
5+ years in marketing role, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing
Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods within both online and retail capacity with experience of the leading Consumer Electronics retailers
A record of excellence leading successful retail marketing programmes and go to market planning and execution across online and traditional retail channels
Demonstrable experience in planning and managing significant marketing budgets
Clear understanding of the retail landscape with expertise in FR, IT, ES
Experience working on bundles, promotions and store merchandising
Exceptional communication and presentation skills demonstrating strong business acumen that reflects the Facebook values
A deep understanding of CE consumer in particular gamers, early adopters and a passionate advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, ideally with post-graduate business/marketing qualification
Fluent English and French language required
