We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead Consumer Marketing in France for the Facebook corporate brand and family of apps, including the Facebook App, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. This role is responsible for establishing and leading the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that build trust in and value for Facebook's brands amongst consumers and other key audiences across a variety of channels. As the Head of Consumer Marketing, this person will set our local consumer marketing strategy, representing the voice of the consumer and in our marketing agenda in France and will be responsible for building and leading the local marketing team.

The ideal candidate for this role is a natural storyteller who possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts honed at the world's best global brands and demonstrated success launching integrated brand marketing campaigns and initiatives, and communicating across the spectrum from mass consumer to niche elite audiences. This individual is an inclusive leader and coach, with a proven ability to build and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team to do the best work of their careers. To be successful in the role, this person also will need to be a highly effective cross-functional collaborator, working in partnership with the Global Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, PR/Comms, Policy teams to achieve the country's marketing and business objectives.

This is a full-time position based in Paris, France.CONSUMER MARKETING DIRECTOR, FRANCE RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish, evolve and implement of the country's consumer marketing strategy, delivering against corporate and app brand objectives, while ensuring the country team's goals and priorities ladder up to the global marketing objectivesProvide leadership and coordination for all initiatives targeting audiences, across our brand portfolio, including recommended plan optimizations to maximize impactGuide the development and execution of breakthrough local integrated marketing campaigns across the portfolio, and ensure plans are aligned with both the global marketing teams as well as local functions, such as business marketingCultivate strong collaborative relationships with and inspire key local and global stakeholders as well as external agency partnersMasterfully communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of marketing strategies and plansBuild, lead and nurture a growing team of high performing marketers who deliver undeniable business impact and breed a high standard of strategic, creative and executional excellence through coaching and capacity-buildingLead resource planning and allocation for the local team, in addition to other administrative needsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS15+ years of brand marketing experience with consumer-facing brand in CPG, consumer technology, or similar global/multinational company3+ years experience leading brand portfolios, including development and execution of portfolio strategies and plansStrong business acumen and proven strategic, analytical and creative abilitiesWith significant knowledge and experience of local marketDemonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at local and/or global levelsProven experience building and leading teams, including experience directly managing teams of 10+ individuals and scaling organizationsHighly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, internally as well as external partners and agenciesAbility to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to travel both regionally and internationally, approximately 20-25% of timeFluent in French and EnglishBachelor's degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBAExperience working internationally on global brandsFluency in additional languages - Spanish and Italian a plusFacebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
