Global Marketing Manager - Givaudan Naturex Taste & Wellbeing

Global Marketing Manager in charge of the strategic marketing of the two categories: the nutritional and functional ingredients within the Taste & Wellbeing Division -

Your future position?

The Global Category Management Category (GCM) team is in charge of defining the global offering.

We are looking to recruit a ‘Global Marketing manager’ to replace a maternity leave of 6 months (starting date: November 2020).

Your will:

Support Global Product Managers in the commercialization process by providing a view of our landscape, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and environment consumer/ customer needs for the assigned category ; Use the broader market view to support strategy development and competitive differentiation, frame opportunities and challenge our status quo; Provide strategic marketing support, connectivity, and continuity to selected global/high profile accounts for global opportunities; Support important categories in strategic marketing to ensure detailed and succinct articulation of content; Help build the Value Proposition Package for strategic launches of the functional and nutritional categories ; Work in a multinational environment with many team members.

Your professional profile includes:

University Degree in Marketing or Science combined with Marketing Degree or other recognized marketing qualification 5-10 years of broad marketing experience, including marketing strategy, commercialization of new products and creative promotions B-to-B or FMCG experience, in Food and Beverage industries, with exposure to packed goods food companies, or experience in Flavours, Fragrance or ingredient industries Experience working with diverse cultures and multidiscipline specialists. Experience working in complex/matrix organizations Excellent oral and written proficiency in English. Create well-founded trend reports and find relevant insights for the category Sense of customer and consumer; envision future consequences and trends Understanding of the product commercialization process with a focus on understanding the customer and consumer perspectives that drive this process Is creative in approach, originate ideas, and can sell ideas internally with support from manager
