Currently, we are looking for a Content and Communication Manager (f/m) for a permanent contract based in Obernai.

Mission

• You develop communication strategies and plans for internal and external communications on the company's strategic focus topics, such as sustainability and energy management including presentation to and coordination with all involved parties
You identify, research and develop target group-specific stories and contents in the sense of strategic storytelling that drives high engagement across all internal and external platforms You listen to industry and influencer trends to identify relevant stories and content opportunities that align with global themes and objectives You manage internal and external content providers (text, graphics, pictures, videos) and check quality of contents incl. editing and proofreading of translated texts You support internal departments and project teams with communication advice and content creation (incl. Q&A, presentations, internal news, press releases etc.) You monitor and evaluate contents with use of KPIs and analytics

Requirements

• Based on at least 5 years of relevant work experience, you have strong, proven writing and editing skills and a strong ability to translate complex topics into relevant stories and content
You have strong interpersonal skills for interacting directly with contact points to deliver high quality content within tight deadlines You have organizational skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Specific areas of knowledge in key areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Renewable Energy, Energy Management and Innovations are a plus, interest is mandatory Based on your analytical mindset you constantly optimize the impact and reach of your communication aiming to increase the business value you create Of course - but just to be on the safe side - we assume that you have a very good command of English, enjoy team play and have the ability to set priorities
