The Marketing Direction of Hennessy is looking for a Brand Manager - Pure White (W/M)

As part of the Hennessy Maison Marketing's strategy, Hennessy Pure White has a strong ambition to grow. To ensure this growth the new brand platform is being developed.

The Brand Manager's mission will BE to ensure the finalization of the brand platform and its right implementation.

LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLATFORM AND ALL THE CREATIVES
- Finalizes the brand platform according to the MH framework
- Leads the creative process for the visual identity, visual tools and ad campaign with Hennessy VI team and external partners.
- Leads the off trade concepts and guidelines, and off trade sales tools development with Hennessy Retail team and external partners,
- Leads the trade concepts and guidelines and on trade sales tools development with Hennessy Mixology Brand Ambassador and external partners
- Leads the packaging upgrade process, including the design concept and the development itself hand in hand with the Dev team and external partners
- Leads the reflection on the Limited edition for Hennessy Pure White including the proposal on the artist/s, concept development, ensuring the cultural relevancy, driving brand desirability and value creation
- Develops the brand ambassador(s) with celebrities and/or KOLs in order to ensure the relevant brand content and its diffusion on SM
- Develops a strategic frame - based on solid consumer & cultural insights, market analysis, first-hand consumer data & business analysis
- Leads the orchestration of the launch, developed with transversal Maison teams and key markets teams
- Defines the relevant KPIs across all markets and consumer touchpoints to track performance ensuring clear and universal communication of progress

Additional responsibilities :
- Manages change within the development process to find creative solutions to meet the brand objective
- Manages the allocated budget and resources with agility
- Conducts a post-mortem analysis and integrates key learnings
- Creates all the conditions for an effective roll out of the project outcomes and monitors impact/performance in Markets.
- Ensures that the programs are alive and well, promote them and act as their true ambassador internally
- Identifies, suggests and tests new WoW to improve project management within the marketing team and/or with the markets' teams and increase creativity and efficiency

CONNECTS & SUPPORT MARKETS
- Works closely with the local teams to ensure the effective and relevant roll-out of the marketing initiatives
- Interacts with key and relevant markets to integrate their needs within the objectives and ambition of the project and provides clear mapping of global portfolio play strategy and local specific tactics
- Provides assets fuelling local success, promotes, influences and engages markets on Maison ambition

Education :

Bac +5 from appropriate Business Schools or equivalent MBA

Languages :

Bilingual French/English

Professional experience & know how :

3 years experience minimum, in FMCG, Spirits, Luxury, Technology or Entertainment industries, with a combination of roles offering a broad view of consumer connections (advertising, media, communication, brand management etc at client or agency).
