The most important areas of the FI BU marketing function are to:
support the FI BU sales managers and directors with any marketing material (product presentation, brochures, customer testimonials, videos) they need to promote the IDEMIA products and services
The IDEMIA FI BU is producing EMV payment cards, metal payment cards, biometric payment cards and payment cards with dynamic CVV. The FI BU is also responsible for the personalization of the cards from our 25+ personalization centers located throughout the world
facilitate product training in convenient formats (e.g. “cheat sheets”, product training videos)
develop material for the FI BU/IDEMIA thought leadership (e.g. infographics, articles, webinars, movies)
participate in trade shows such as Money 20/20 (giving presentations, demonstrating products)
manage the FI BU market intelligence (not the least as an absolutely critical part of the strategic planning and budget processes)
cooperate with the regions to ensuring that regional needs are being taken into account in central processes on the one hand, and that central support is being implemented by in the regional organizations
The senior marketing manager will work with all of the above to various extent depending on his/her preferences, strengths and the current overall business priorities.
The successful senior marketing manager is/has:
creative and able to define new formats for communication and presentation
able to summarize a complex reality with thousands of micro-informations into an easy-to-understand and concise core message
well-organized and tenacious, bringing his/her project all the way to a clear end
able to work autonomously and take responsibility for his/her projects
If the candidate is familiar with/has experience from current marketing practices and is acquainted with the payment eco-system, it will facilitate his/her ability to quickly be able to deliver tangible results.
