Inside Sales Representative Manager (France):
At IDEXX, we are passionate about animal health. As part of our continued growth and expansion of our European operations, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our Companion Animal (CAG) division.
As an Inside Sales Manager, you drive sales growth through your inside sales team. With your exceptional leadership skills and business instinct, you inspire your team and customers. Communicating the true value of our products and services is at the heart of IDEXX's business activity. Our sales professionals develop privileged and meaningful relationships by providing solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
In this role:
You will manage the inside sales activities of our team based in France - you are required to speak fluent French & fluent Business English.
This includes managing the team, assigning work and assignments, monitoring activities, evaluating performance.
This also includes, coaching and guiding and promoting the training and development of your team members.
You will direct, plan, and organize the work of the sector (recruitments, resources) to guarantee continuous customer satisfaction.
Activities could include support for the development of the regional budget, trade policies and procedures.
You will identify and implement strategies to improve the customer experience and align with business operations.
You will use your communication skills to coordinate work and solve problems with other relevant departments (projects and transversal management).
Your support will contribute to process improvement based on the assessment of existing procedures and business needs.
You will use business data and tools to ensure efficiency and maximize the customer experience.
You will manage Europe-wide Task Management system supporting other regional ISR Managers. You will assign tasks in the system that are aligned with regional commercial objectives and evaluate their completion using the Task Management system environment. You will provide data analysis to the European ISR organization from the Task Management system.
You will identify difficulties, obstacles and opportunities and act proactively to resolve issues.
Your goal will be continuous improvement.
You will prepare reports and other information summarizing business activities and report the results to your group as well as to management. Prepare various analyzes as needed to highlight problems and their solutions.
Your Objective: Successfully develop your territories to include new customers, develop customer satisfaction and increase sales through coaching and development of your team.
What will you need to be successful?
You have more than 3+ years of leadership and team management experience
You come with several years of experience in sales, ideally in veterinary diagnostics or any other health-related activity.
A bachelor's / master's degree in a relevant discipline is required, an MBA or equivalent business studies is a plus.
You possess the ability to organize, prioritize and direct work activities, and you have experience with inside sales related operations.
You have excellent customer service and business relationship building skills.
You are proficient in reasoning, problem solving and analysis to solve problems.
You have good skills and aptitudes in project management.
You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good knowledge of the English language is required.
You have computer skills, including Microsoft Office, mastery of Salesforce would be a plus.
You are able to work as a team in a very collaborative sales environment.

De quoi aurez-vous besoin pour réussir ?
Vous avez plus de 3 ans d'expérience en leadership et en gestion d'équipe
Vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente, idéalement dans le diagnostic vétérinaire ou toute autre activité liée à la santé.
Une licence/maîtrise dans une discipline pertinente est requis, un MBA ou des études commerciales équivalentes est un plus.
Vous possédez la capacité d'organiser, de prioriser et de diriger les activités de travail, et vous avez de l'expérience avec les opérations liées aux ventes internes.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et d'établissement de relations d'affaires.
Vous maîtrisez le raisonnement, la résolution de problèmes et l'analyse pour résoudre des problèmes.
Vous avez de bonnes compétences et aptitudes en gestion de projet.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise est requise.
Vous avez des connaissances en informatique, notamment Microsoft Office, la maîtrise de Salesforce serait un plus.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement de vente très collaboratif.
