Position Summary

Infor is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our global demand generation organization, specifically supporting our Healthcare marketing initiatives in EMEA. This role is critical in reaching the marketing pipeline goals set by Infor, aligned to the sales revenue targets. This person will be responsible for working cross-functionally with EMEA sales, strategy, and business development, plus the North American Field Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships and translate business needs into marketing programs and pipeline. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about marketing.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes :

The Field Marketing Manager will have responsibility to drive aggressive software sales growth for Infor Healthcare’s Cloverleaf interoperability solution.This is a pivotal role working across sales, solution consultants, product management, and business development teams to develop and execute a marketing strategy to generate sourced marketing leads, pipeline and bookings revenue.This is a key hire in the EMEA marketing team, with a focus on demand generation campaigns targeting existing customers and net new prospects, as well as the partner and channel eco-system.

We are looking for a resilient candidate with the ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic and matrix organization. The ability to pivot between creative and analytical thinking, and with a passion for analyzing campaign performance, with a continuous improvement philosophy is key.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns across a broad mix of tactics that achieve MQL and pipeline goals; including, but not limited to: Evaluating and selecting key industry events for participation; owning the event strategy from creation to execution. Designing and executing Infor hosted webinars and in-person events to reach prospects and customers. Creating new programs for account based marketing and pipeline acceleration. Owning relationships with marketing vendors for lead purchase and online advertising. Partner with colleagues across Global Field Marketing, Events, Digital and Social Media, PR, Business Development and Sales Work with our marketing stack (e.g., Marketo etc) for accurate program execution and analysis to achieve Marketing Qualified Lead and Sourced Revenue target goals Establish KPIs for all programs while continuously tracking performance with post-campaign analysis and reporting to ensure marketing efforts are delivering expected business outcomes of sales pipeline and revenue.

What You Will Need :

7+ years B2B marketing experience Strong ability to think strategically but also to deliver tactically Able to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to strategy Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and logically in writing and verbally to provide supporting data and vital information in an organized, and concise manner Strong collaborative experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and influence cross-functional teams, partnering with senior sales and marketing business leaders Customer centric, passionate about understanding the customers’ business opportunities and challenges. Must have experience of running integrated, multi-touch demand generation campaigns Experience in managing and planning digital and live events and exhibitions Strong analytics skills with the ability to build reports and communicate analysis Very resourceful - leveraging all resources both internal and external Proven experience to excel in a fast-pace business environment

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the Enterprise Healthcare IT industry preferred and/or B2B Experience with intent tools, social media platforms, and/or ABM experience plus English required Additional European languages a bonus
