Looking ahead, our ambition is to develop a valuable and sustainable portfolio delivering at least one new molecular entity or meaningful indication/registration every year. To achieve this ambition, we will implement R&D transformation with a focus on innovative and differentiated assets and bolster external sourcing model/ business development to expand our innovative Specialty Care pipeline.
The role
Main responsibilities and tasks
Team members are exposed on a regular basis to EVPs/SVPs levels. Though benefiting from the support of the Directors and VPs, GST Managers need to be capable of interacting autonomously at that level. Also, managers need to be capable of engaging with Project Leaders from third party contractors, in particular from Strategy & Management Consulting firms
