For our company KWS in France, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager based ideally near Roye, Mons-en-Pévèle or Chartres.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities for KWS in France, including product marketing development, CRM, marketing concepts, digital promotion, and brand management.

Key functions of the position:

Management of the local marketing team including all KWS group crops (beets, cereals, corn, rapeseed...).

Coordination and prioritization of strategic marketing projects.

Local implementation of the group's strategies.

Develop annual marketing plan and involve marketing KPIs at customer and crop specific level.

Tailor planning, KPIs and budget allocation with the KWS managers of each entity.

Track national marketing budget.

Drive a contemporary and productive interface between marketing and sales.

Develop product segmentation concepts.

Track the product pricing.

Core Required Skills:

Ability to work at the interface of marketing, sales, and IT.

Strong communication and networking skills.

Strong analytical skills and drive for cost effective results.

Experience with change processes and team development.

Comfortable in both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Ability to work independently, autonomously, create synergies and motivate teams.

Your profile:

University degree with a major in agronomy, economics, or marketing.

At least 5 years of experience as a marketing professional.

Experience in implementing complex and omnichannel marketing solutions.

Experience with CRM and customer journey management; knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Experience in project management and management (direct and cross-functional).

Fluent in French and English.

Flexible, efficient, creative, and pragmatic.

Focused on customer satisfaction.
