You are reporting directly to the Brand Director France-Iberia, working in very close collaboration with the whole marketing team.Do you have what it takes?
Masters or University degree in a business-related or marketing fieldOr equivalent working experience5 years+ experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing ideally with a toy, family or gaming/entertainment industry background.Demonstrated track record of driving brand growth and health.Has a strong experience in brand marketing with solid digital capabilities (ecom, social, influence, etc.) and acute perspective on key Digital and Media trends in the market landscape and ideally on children and toys.Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business results.An excellent communicator and Project leader: Strong presentation skills able to demonstrate complex circumstances in a simple and easy to understand way. Very effective at leading cross-functional projects and able to operate with a wide range of people from different parts of the organization and with external partners.Experience from an international company with stakeholders across markets, optimally in France and/or Iberia.English fluent – C1French or Spanish – Native languageCreativity – in defining commercial strategies that drives growth and delivers cutting edge consumer and shopper experience and engagement. Likes to challenge status quo and is motivated by trying out new approaches to continuously raise the bar.Learning – Loves to innovate and push new agendas but also focused on capturing learning and translate those into future actions.
