As Senior Marketing Specialist, your role will be to create, implement and manage a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for the French market. Your marketing strategy will be focused on driving enterprise pipeline growth and enhancing the company’s image and product positioning within the market. To do so, you will work closely with the local sales team as well as the EMEA and Global marketing teams.
Main responsibilities
Working closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager, you will shape a creative marketing plan mainly aimed at delivering leads and accelerating pipeline growth in France.
Drive creative lead generation activities and manage the marketing lead funnel Manage and execute vertical marketing campaigns, from content marketing to social media and events. Manage digital marketing: define and execute a strategy to integrate digital channels in your lead generation strategy, manage local social media channels and posts (Twitter, LinkedIn) Create relevant content to support your marketing initiatives: such as whitepapers, business brochures, website pages, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, etc. Localize global marketing content: ensure timely localization and translation of web content and marketing collateral while ensuring that content is up-to-date Manage and execute a wide variety of events (breakfast seminars, annual customer Symposium, webinars, VIP events, industry events): tasks include venue selection, agenda creation, registrations’ management, regular lists’ update, email campaigns, online promotion, technical logistics etc. Leverage marketing automation tactics by working closely with the EMEA Demand Generation team Engage with partners and execute co-marketing initiatives Track, measure, analyze and report on results on a regular basis to determine ROI and improvement areas Oversee budget and marketing spend ROI Collaborate with other Liferay marketing teams across the globe to exchange ideas and best practicesSkills & Requirements
4/6 years of proven and measurable experience in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns and events in software or another technology sector Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience Fluent English is compulsory for the role Ability to craft great collateral and write compelling marketing copy for campaigns Excellent communications skills and sales interaction skills are a must Ability to work independently across marketing initiatives but also collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive beyond your duty Extremely oriented to business goals Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers Experience managing social media channels (especially Twitter and LinkedIn) Knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Eventbrite is a plus The position requires intermittent travel: 1- 3 trips annually.Liferay in a Nutshell...
