Overview:
In very strong growth we want to expand our French marketing team and are looking for a bright and dynamic person who will own the full French responsibility for all marketing activities for our core category on the BtoB market. This category called Workspace includes Mice, Keyboards, Webcams, PC speakers, headsets. We dominate the market in most of its segments and seek to maintain and even increase our market share by strengthening our marketing.
We are looking for a bright and dynamic person who will be responsible for developing real partnership plans with the main players in the BtoB market, whether resellers, end customers or partners. He will also work on the development of very promising vertical markets such as education and health. The role of the Marketing Manager will also be to add value to our product proposition by focusing on consumer needs. He will work on the introduction or development of new product lines on the market, such as tablet keyboards or ergonomic devices. He will be fully responsible for his marketing budget, he will lead campaigns and will work with a series of agencies. The position reports to the Country Manager.

Key Objectives:

Be creative and grow Workspace Business above-market growth rates.

See and exploit new opportunities.

Develop a rolling 4 quarters marketing plan aligned with the local and European priorities.

Manage the successful implementation of the plan within the defined budgets & timelines.

Work closely with the European Category leaders to ensure that the local marketing plan is appropriate.

Work with the Country Manager to ensure alignment with the business plan.

Communicate the marketing plan to the key stakeholders.

Work as necessary with Sales management and European Category team to drive necessary adjustments of the plan throughout the fiscal year.

Share best practices with the European team.

Work with the country manager and the KAMs to define the marketing activities required for each priority customer.

Initiate marketing collaboration with distributors and key customers to develop tailor-made marketing plans.

Take full responsibility for New product introductions.

Attend customer meetings with key customers in the country.

Develop Logitech’s B2B brand recognition.

Assess the delivery of future verticalized marketing plans based on our top verticals including Public Sector, Education and Health.

Manage agencies (media, PR, lead gen & digital) and suppliers (POS & WeWork) to derive superior business results.

Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on sales.

Deliver a strong social media and influencer strategy utilizing the partner agency.

Key Qualifications:

We need someone who can bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

Experience with full marketing mix within a B2B environment; developing marketing plans and 360 campaigns.

Experience in executing and managing events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives.

Developing Customer engagement programs.

Worked on media campaigns, online advertising, digital/social media campaigns.

Experience with Channel and end-user marketing campaigns.

Technology experience, ideally in IT, or a passion for Technology.

5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or marketing roles focusing on B2B.

Good understanding of the channel and reseller partners e.g. Inmac, Computacenter, SCC, and how to build effective B2B marketing campaigns.

The ability to analyze competitor strategies and innovate on best practices.

Strong organizational and program management skills.

Experience working with and managing external agencies.

Experience in developing a brand, strategy recommendations and successfully growing a B2B portfolio.

Experience working with the channel.

Experience working across Matrix structures.

Able to use quantitative data & metrics to drive decisions & marketing activities.

Self-motivated, passionate, and high energy level.

Candidates should be proficient in MS office applications and CRM systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills.

Positive, likable, open, helpful, ambitious, humble, and a sense of humor.

Education

University degree specialising in Marketing would be preferable
