Field Marketing & Events Specialist - France
Based in Paris
LumApps is seeking a Field Marketing and Events Specialist in Paris, FR to coordinate our field marketing efforts in France and other French speaking countries in EMEA. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate event coordinator or specialist who is interested in building a career at an industry leading technology provider. Responsibilities:
Research event sponsorship opportunities and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders
Help define and support the field marketing strategy for France
Manage event and webinar logistics - coordinate with event producers, manage suppliers, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in industry events and conferences
Create supporting content including email copy, banner ads, web copy, CTAs, slide decks, etc.
Develop pre- and post-event communication and nurture plans
Work closely with the sales development and sales teams to set expectations and desired results
Raise LumApps awareness
Work closely with content marketing and product teams to be in phase with our target audience
Benchmarking
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in event management or field marketing in France
Native French speaker with strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience with stakeholder and supplier management
Experience in the B2B environment
Experience organizing events and undertaking projects autonomously
Strong project management/organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a global team
