Senior Internal Communication Manager F/M

Royal Canin - Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier)

Contract : Permanent (CDI)

Location : 30 min from Montpellier (Aimargues)

The jobholder is responsible for the development and implementation of the internal communication strategy for Royal Canin France to drive internally associate engagement for our business and brand. He/She has to drive internal communication tactics alignment, change management initiatives and co-ordinate internal communication events.

The position reports to the Corporate Affairs Director and works in coordination with global community as well as Mars France. The scope is countrywide and, therefore, the role needs to collaborate with the Leadership Team.

What are we looking for ?

Higher Education in communication/business school/human resources 5 years professional expertise in communication Fluent in English and French (written and oral)

We are looking for someone with good written and oral ability who can develop autonomously engaging internal communication campaigns based on industry best practices and with a experience in developing and conducting the management of the change of execution and the communication of the vision.
Our future employee will need to have strong project management skills, be proactive and have knowledge in social media and digital tools.

What would be your responsibilities ?

Execute communication initiatives that engage internal stakeholders towards the Royal Canin 2025 vision, OGSM platform, ambassadorship on Health Nutrition, and increase advocacy for our segment, business and brand. Manage strategically internal communication tools and channels (LT Meetings/townhalls, monthly update, newsletter, podcasts, seminars...) Set up KPI and monitor actions Develop visible leadership strategies for the Leadership Team (LT). Drive change management communication initiatives. Drive The Five Principles, MARS Culture and the Passion for Pets strategy.
