What are some of the key accountabilities?

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Achieving and/or exceeding activations and revenue targets for Win 10 Pro and Education, and Windows Server revenue targets.Growing and/or maintaining Windows share through partners and internal stakeholders, whilst owning revenue and scorecard metrics to DPSS and the area Marketing & Operations (M&O) teamsLand Worldwide category plans locally in partnership with the modern workplace ecosystem (Device Sales, Device Marketing, OEMs, ODR, GSMO, OCP, Silicon, etc.)Identifying and executing growth opportunities collectively across local teams, orchestrating execution, and measuring and reporting successDriving local assortment of modern OEM devices at volume for Commercial and Education to enable expedited device sales through partnersDriving the appropriate attach, cross-sell, and up-sell of Microsoft services and introducing new sales motions such as CSP, DaaS, Hybrid Server, etc.Advocating the Commercial story, enable GPS Team to tell the commercial devices and Server story externally.Establishing key internal partnerships with modern workplace teams to synchronize strategies and maximize investments. Working with Microsoft 365 Product Marketing Managers, Microsoft Education counterparts, One Commercial Partner, and Small Medium Corporate (SMC) teams.Delivering partner and market insights on product and program performance through the WW DPSS rhythm of business (RoB)
