Reporting to the Head of Brand Development & Innovation :
- Promotional portfolio management & support of Maison's key bet programs.
- Develop an agile and desirable approach to the Brand's promotional offers (EOY, gifting, limited editions and collaborations), with activation and evolution strategies at heart. Reinterpret brand codes by bringing in new ideas to develop offers for multiple touch points.
- Build the strategic frame for yearly programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the global business, consumers' needs & expectations and of the local specificities in the areas of gifting, collaborations and seasonal offers, working close with the International Direction and the Global consumer insights team.
- Contribute to the annual programs by developing strategic framing, concept, storytelling, definition of the objectives and key activation levers in the multi-cultural initiatives of the Maison.
- Participate/ co-lead the creation and development of activation plans in areas of promotional packaging : merchandising & window tools, pictures, movies and digital assets to propose to markets a 360° approach, together with other Marketing & Communication and Packaging Development Teams.
- Act as a leader of multi-functional teams, both in House (merchandising, digital, events and PR, development, purchase, supply-chain, finance, international sales, and oenology) and externally (agencies, consultants, suppliers) to deliver programs on KPIs (quality, cost, and timing).
- Stretch the brand equity with disruptive collaboration ideas.
- Express the excellence of Maison's savoir-faire with artisanal collaborations for limited series of exceptional pieces.
- Pilot the VAP strategy with the finance and DI teams.
- Lead new promotional offers development within the marketing team.
- Work with creative agencies to constantly fill the pipe of creative ideas with a 18 months anticipation approach (promotional packaging or limited editions for off-trade activations).
- Work closely with development team to deliver to markets pragmatic, scalable best-in-class products, on time and at the best price with sustainability approach at heart.
- Manage the continuous improvement of the personalisation portfolio and solutions (respecting consumer insights and innovation spirit), and its rationalization, working closely with supply team and key markets.
- Generate internal buy-in and excitement on the brand and the projects (regular Marketing Meetings, ad hoc thematic Workshops with selected markets, market updates...).
- Monitor business potential and success of the limited editions and special offers with International Direction team and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure achievement of business goals.
- Manage A&P budget within the scope.

Profil

FORMATION : Master in Business / Marketing or Management

LANGUES : English & French - written and oral mandatory, with strong copywriting skills.

EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE :

At least 5 years of marketing experience in luxury or high image international brand, with key contribution to a product development, implementing animations concepts, demonstrating ability to drive results.

COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES / SAVOIRS FAIRE :

Project management and product development. Sensitivity for luxury industry.

Insights and consumer understanding appeal, ability to sense and understand global trends and local cultures.

Affinity for wine segment, including on- & off-trade mechanisms. Animation of multifunctional teams and non-traditional marketing activities.
