Our Commercial Marketing Manager has the responsibility to maximize Belvedere desirability, value and profit contribution in assigned Region/markets. Thus to define the Maison - Market ambition, strategy, priorities, and ensure its implementation in consistency with Maison vision, global brands plans and priorities.
IN THE MARKETS / REGION :
BE responsible for Belvedere's profit contribution of his/her markets by being the main contact of the Brand within the region/markets.
- Markets Strategy, Plans & Performance :.
- Within the frame of Belvedere's global strategy, participate to design local long and short-term strategy during the budgeting process of the Maison : contribute to build PMT vision, recommend markets prioritization, prepare budget guidelines for markets.
- Align on the Business and Brands' plans with markets' teams by identifying all the opps & challenges (products mix, channels mix, pricing, A&P).
- Follow precisely and understand KPIs.
- Implementation of Brand Strategy Guidelines.
- Collaborate with Markets to implement long and short-term strategy, to ensure strategic alignment and timely deployment of Key Brands Initiatives : Campaigns, New Products, New tools, etc.
- Clarify and explain all the Brand guidelines to markets.
- Make sure all the required resources and tools are available to implement the Brand plans.
- Contribute to cross-functional/ Trade Marketing projects to smoothen workflow and maximize commercial impact and value in partnership with the Trade & Activations Teams for the On Premise.
- Represent the Maison, when needed, or agree to delegate appropriate representation to the key PR events.
- Coordinate the advocacy programs for the markets in order to create brand love & engagement in partnership with the Advocacy Team.
- Share the relevant best practices within the region and markets, encourage the deployment of winning ideas.
- Maximize the in-field presence according to a travel plan based on clear business priorities : markets, key subjects.
- Create the Belvedere Community within the region/markets you lead and generate energy, pride, motivation, passion, commitment to Belvedere.
- BE 100% responsible of a dedicate budget to activate and implement some Key Marketing Initiatives.
FOR THE MAISON BV
- Brand Strategy and Plans.
- Contribute to elaborate Global Brands Strategies adding the value of markets expertise and business proficiency in partnership with the Marketing Teams, the Trade & Activations Teams, and the Financial teams.
- Translate the Brands priorities into the global commercial strategy with the objective of elevating the profitability of the brands coming from the markets mix, portfolio premiumization, pricing ambitions, selective distribution, and A&P.
- Report monthly on the markets operational performance to feed the Financial team and regularly the Brand Marketing team.
- Trade Marketing Strategy & Plans.
- BE the Architect of the new trade marketing strategy in partnership with On Trade Director and the Brand Team.
- Markets Performance follow up and Assessment :.
- Ensure and share a monthly formal and precise follow up of the performance of key markets vs forecast.
- Assess risks and opportunities on a monthly basis and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure supply continuity by controlling the quality of forecasting from markets : demand planning, sales forecast ongoing follow up.
- Control the allocations and distribution, and regularly update supply chain on the changes.
Profil
Education :
Business School (Sales & Marketing), MBA
Languages :
Fluent English
Professional experience & know how :
8-10 years, with an operational Marketing or Sales experience
Technical & management skills :
\"Generalist\" with Sales, Marketing & Finances proficiency
Require strong knowledge of Marketing
Results & Business oriented
Good understanding of Supply Chain / Logistics
Ability to represent the Brands
Personal & interpersonal skills :
