We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial self-starter to take on the challenge of launching a new fintech brand in France and growing it to be a market-leader. We are already Canada's top saving and investing app, and we're bringing our mission of helping millennials achieve their financial goals to France.

are passionate about growth & marketing and have a strong background in digital are skilled at tracking and analyzing performance data have a knack for creating valuable partnerships to drive user acquisition are a great storyteller and excel in communications and media relations have previous startup experience and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment have experience managing vendors, agencies and third-party collaborators.

In your first three months, you'll be focused on:

Launching the new brand in the French market and generating mainstream media awareness and recognition. Achieving user acquisition targets, welcoming our first 50,000 French users to the platform. Collaborating with local and remote teammates in Montreal, Canada to execute on projects and deliver key results. Develop a 12-month marketing plan and budget, and evaluating the resources needed to execute.

Qualifications:

4-6 years experience in a growth marketing role Project management experience and strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills in both French and English
