Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia’s Technology Division is recruiting on behalf of the leading multinational provider of award-winning devices for 3D design and visualization professionals. The company products provide a more intuitive and natural way to interact with computer-generated 3D content and support today’s most popular and powerful mechanical engineering, media, entertainment and architectural CAD applications. As growth continues our client is exploring a passionate creative talent for the job of Digital Marketing Manager. The job is based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job summary

This Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing objectives to drive awareness and sales of the company’s product range. The winning candidate will analyse market trends and customer insights to define the annual communication plan based on the defined budget. As part of the Sales and Marketing team, the successful applicant will be supporting regional sales managers and channel partners around the world. This role will be working directly with APAC Sales Manager.

Key job responsibilities include:

Plan and execute direct communication to existing and potential target groups (end users, SMB customers and key account representatives). Utilize company website and other online platforms/tools to drive awareness, capture and nurture leads, gains customer intelligence. Develop and maintain local press contacts, evangelists and social media community with support of local PR/communications agency. Work closely with local sales teams to support the effort of key account engagement. Develop, plan and execute channel marketing programs (via value-added reseller (VAR), hardware reseller, workstation OEM) Manage main Independent Software Vendors (ISV) events and key account tradeshows. Local implementation of corporate marketing programs and assets. Quarterly monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

Key job requirements include:

Master's degree in marketing or communication preferred B2B marketing experience (technology products) Experience in using CRM and marketing automation systems Experience in channel marketing (distributors, hardware resellers) Experience in B2C marketing (supporting direct sales approach) Track record in driving digital marketing campaigns Hands-on with SEO, SEM, AdWords, social media ads Motivated, proactive, energetic and creative Ability to be a team player with a success-driven approach Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese Willing to travel
