Position Summary
Develop business across markets within the French Customers alliances with special focus on key collaboration areas.
A day in the life of...
Scope : International coordination at NiM level of French international Customers and their alliances. In total : 4, 2bn € NCS in 2021 present in 46 markets covering 4 zones.
Customer business development
- Coordinate, develop and improve the implementation of international agreements (current scope of the position : Coopernic, Auchan international, GRS), evaluate its impact and recommend evolution in terms of counterparts.
- Ensure strong follow-up with customers, and BE the facilitator between markets and international customers.
- Support and animate champions communities, and BE the champion for FR market (coordination at NiM level for France).
- Promote cross-fertilisation, by identifying and sharing customer-specific insight and best practices across markets/businesses organizing international webinars and publishing.
Support to Key Account Director
- BE involved in negotiations (help to build and follow strategy of negotiation by alliances).
- Specific follow-up for Eurelec multi-markets negotiation (build internal follow-up, ensure transparency, and guarantee data reliability).
- BE actively engaged in the preparation of customer meetings (business reviews, T2T, Europe sales conference...).
BE the lead contact on international agreements
- Monitor evolution of ICA (counterparts, budgets) - total scope ICT France.
- BE the main contact to brief z-Europe about ICA.
- Manage the audits (internal and external).
Analyse Nestlé performance (with the help of the business analyst intern)
- Follow-up Nestlé performance within the customers and identify key explanations regarding sales and profitability evolution by market/category.
- Actively participate in the preparation of Customers Business Reviews as Newsletters.
