Manager, Partner Marketing Creative - France
Our Partners range from local Operators (Orange, SFR, Free, Bouygues Telecom, Canal Plus), to Consumer Electronics (Samsung), Global digital platforms (Google, Microsoft…) and iconic love Brands (McDonalds). We are seeking a creative professional responsible for our partner campaigns to join our Marketing Partnerships team at Netflix France.
As partner facing creative manager and gatekeeper for the brand, this role will ultimately be responsible for setting the creative strategy on our partners campaigns and leading its implementation from brief to execution.
Key assignment deliverables
Understand the business objectives of our priority partners, translate into campaign strategy, brief and ideas & execute on our partners channels (e.g. ATL, BTL like editorials, socials, web and sales channels, Retail, PoS), leading, when relevant, the production end-to-end
Introduce partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, briefing partner campaign creative, and uncovering creative opportunities for our titles
Develop partner creative workshops that lead partners to breakthrough thinking
Work with partners, and local agencies to develop big, innovative, content-driven ideas to execute across paid, owned and earned media
Manage the high volume of incoming partner requests including campaigns and tactical requests
Direct design and copy throughout Netflix-produced partner asset creation, curation, and delivery
Uncover opportunities to develop creative briefs and propose campaign ideas based on upcoming title priorities
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including: Title Marketing, Social Marketing, Content, Legal, etc
Become efficient in our marketing tools and find efficiencies
Guard Netflix brand attribution/representation as well as usage of owned Netflix and studio content in partner creative
Attend partner meetings and manage creative relationships
Requirements:
At least 8 years of working experience in advertising / communication department of relevant brands such as local operators or iconic FMCG or platform brands
Previous work experience as Communication Manager, Creative Services Lead, Creative Producer or similar
Good Business Acumen
Experience delivering large campaigns across a diverse range of media especially ATL like TV or OOH, with a meaningful body of work to share and ideally social
Solid understanding of asset production process is required
Strong passion for movies and TV
Well informed creative point of view and ability to present it
Experience using design and project tools
Appetite to learn, courage.
