What is this job about?
In this position as CRM Marketing Manager your goal is to develop the CRM and customer success strategy.
On a daily basis, you manage a team of customer service representatives and marketing interns to support you in your mission.
Your challenges
Define and implement the marketing and sales animation plans definition of the plan in line with the turnover objectives creation of campaigns analysis of the performance Implement the CRM processes and manage activities Optimise the customer lifecycle with 3 major issues for the development of turnover: onboarding loyalty reactivation Create an experience that will make a difference to competitors Be the voice of the customer within the team Liaise with the HQ team on branding and marketing strategiesWho is this job made for?
This job is perfect for Marketing professionals with profound experience in Customer Relationship Management.
What do you need to apply?
Language skills: bilingual level in French & Dutch and proficiency in English 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or communication B2C! Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing Strong knowledge of CRM tools Ability to develop and execute multi-channel and customer-centric campaigns Passion for customer relations You enjoy testing new things to learn Affinity with the food, Fast-moving consumer goods and/or Food Tech sector Great feeling to anticipate situations or behaviour Great communication skillsYou know exactly what working in a startup is about and you love this environment!
