Marketing Performance & Incentives, Section Manager (Fix-Term)
This is a key role in the Marketing Operations department coordinating all the different cycles related to Variable Market Expenses (VME)/SCmix during the fiscal year: BP, Quarterly FC/QRM, monthly consolidation/plan-do-check-act (PDCA), Campaign Enhancement.
Variable Market Expenses (VME) is one of the most important KPI/Parameter in the Marketing and Sales organization with a yearly VME budget of more than 1Billion .
Main responsibilities include:
To be the contact person with RCI colleagues and RBU for the Finance VME calibration.
Support the management to continue to implement the Incentive Audit Policy
In-depth knowledge about customer incentives across the various sales channels and market trends expertise will be fundamental to support in setting the right commercial programs to attract customer and boost sales.
Promote the calendar/schedule of all the VME activities
VME Monthly Monitoring
Ensure Integrity of the tool (Sim Tool and ISTT) and provide monthly actual analysis with main findings
Support the Quarterly campaign process being a strong support of the team for:
Data preparation for VME guide format, NML deck completion, RCI VME calibration:
Be the operational link with RCI colleagues in order to support the quarterly review and actively support specific actions/requests
Reference person for the RBUs and Finance colleagues
Dealer Incentive Audit: assist Management in the implementation of the Audit procedure in the next FYs
Support in the quarterly presentation to NML
Campaign enhancement analysis and tracking
JSOX integrity and Data integrity and full traceability
IMS2(internal incentive system) coordination support
Management of 1 FTE
Ideal candidate background:
We are initially looking for someone with a great appetite towards Pricing, Product and Marketing Planning
Ideally has 5-7 year of experience
Strong in excel with a great analytical mindset
Good at simplifying reporting, data analysis
Extensive pricing, marketing budget planning experience
This position became vacant due to a maternity period - We provide a FIX TERM contract up to January, 2023
