Position Overview:
The Sr Account Based Marketing Manager supports the digital marketing team with a core function in account based marketing, to plan, manage and execute integrated campaigns aligned to business objectives across all BUs and sales geographies within region. Sr Account Based Marketing Manager works closely with related teams to understand business priorities and solution alignment. In addition, the Sr ABM Manager works in collaboration with other Marketing staff supporting and contributing to the team’s marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support of campaigns and events, partner marketing programs and pipeline acceleration initiatives.

The Sr ABM Manager will work closely with marketing leadership, Business Unit (BU) and Sales area leadership, marketing communications, legal, and finance in support of lead generation, client acquisition, win-back, retention, and launch initiatives. The Sr ABM Manager is responsible for ongoing marketing plans and tactics; tracking, analysis and oversight of the marketing budget to drive proactive budget management by acting as intermediary between the financial planning and analysis team and marketing management; management of launch-related activities as new functionality is developed; and other operational support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with ABM platforms to delivers intelligence and automation to transform B2B marketing Interface and work closely with sales teams to drive an aligned strategy and plan Improve account-based strategies for campaigns, leading to increasing ROI and producing exceptional results Implement digital marketing strategies Optimize multi-channel campaigns, increasing brand impact, and driving high quality interactions which ultimately generates sales pipeline Partner with vendors and partners to plan and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple pillars Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and translate that analysis into key insights and make strategic recommendations Deliver high quality, clear, and actionable insight from a variety of data sources Analyze and provide on demand analysis to support the sales and marketing organization Support in the development of reporting and analytics Manage and consistently deliver on multiple projects/requests from across the organization Assist with planning and promotion of our events, webinars and exhibitions, including assisting with pre-event planning and post-event follow up campaigns Work alongside various teams and divisions to create and execute email marketing campaigns and ongoing campaign performance reporting Support internal company Kick Off event and employee engagement initiatives Become the expert for digital marketing systems and driving automated digital client journeys Engage staff with weekly social media content to help amplify key campaign content and messaging Support the teams and divisions with client data analysis and segmentation to inform targeted campaigns Profile prospects, identifying new contracts and potential opportunities Track and monitor leads for Marketing Managers when needed – produce regular Assist and help manage Marketing Automation processes; audience segmentation, target account lists, lead progression, managing unsubscribes and mailing lists. Maintain campaign records in our client database (salesforce.com) incl. updating campaign information, post event reporting, and lead follow up. Administer Marketing Budgets/PO system, record vendor funding and manage vendor claims Help provide marketing budget reports, analysis and reconciliation, as required Provide support on the full range of Marketing and communications activities as necessary when workload demands Contribute to continuous improvement in all marketing activities

Work Experience Required:

7-9+ years of relevant experience Experience within a marketing role/environment preferred but demonstration of appropriate skills from other experiences is acceptable Must be willing to travel 25-35% Experience in managing multiple time-critical projects Experience in a multi-national environment is preferred with the relevant experience in developing marketing plans and multi-phase programs across multiple geographies Education/Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field; an MBA degree is a plus

Knowledge of web & desktop publishing programs is an advantage, but not essential – but must have ability to learn new software/systems quickly Excellent proof-reading skills Outgoing personality Agile and flexible self-starter Hands-on with initiative and desire to learn and contribute essential Ability to work within a fast-paced working environment ideal (tight deadlines, occasionally being flexible with hours for events where necessary etc.) Be a trusted, dynamic team player; sharing knowledge, learning and expertise to the betterment of the team and business
