Manage Complex change activities on IPT infrastructure (Cisco ,Microsoft ,skype, Avaya) for designated Customers
Perform Feasibility study and risk assessment of new Changes/release
Initiate Change advisory board meetings to validate and approve Changes/release.
Coordinates between different teams involved in the activity execution
Schedules change projects, and ensures availability of required resources (human, hardware, or software)
Lead continual improvement plans for Enterprise Telephony Change Management
Update documents to reflect the changes implemented
Compile all of the changes into a comprehensive Forward Schedule of Changes for review by the CAB members.
Maintain  Dashboard and KPIs to track  group’s performance.
Monitor the completion and thoroughness of PIRs.
Organize e-CABs as necessary to facilitate the review of emergency changes.
Be the process expert for certification (ISO 20K, ISO 27K, ISAE….)
Organize training and guarantee process & tools awareness of impacted teams and write out working instructions
Develop a RM Strategy for all IPT customers
Present to the customer the RM strategy and RM Programe during planned activities
Invoke Periodic upgrades of the UC/IPT Environment
Proactively subscribe to supplier notifications for releases and vulnerabilities
Provide RM reporting on environment Release status and Planning
Work with technical and Engineering for Release Validation
Work with Change management and customer to agree Release deployment planning
Support and manage RM activities for windows Servers,ESXI,VGWs…etc
manage release dependencies and prerequisites on customer ecosystems and cloud offers  ,to ensure quality benchmarks are met.

Experience:

Engineering, Computer Sciences or Telecommunications degree.
3-4 years’ Experience on IP Telephony experience/ Data services
Experience on Microsoft enterprise voice  management/implementation (multivendor knowledge is a plus)

Courses

ITIL V4,scrum master
Microsoft enterprise voice / Teams foundation
CCNA and CCNP Collaboration or relevant experience.
