The role of the Brand Manager – Social Media & Influence is to be the champion of Havana Club’s relationship with its consumers & opinion leaders. This involves the management of the brand’s social platforms, digital campaigns, artistic and media partners, creating outstanding engagement with our network.

With a business driven mindset, the BM – Social Media & Influence supports the Marketing Manager in implementing the brand’s vision for both of these fields, delivering high intensity brand visibility, high-quality and high-impact contents, innovative formats to grow significantly all our KPIs in the context of a digitally integrated brand ambition.

Roles and responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Enable in-team and cross-teams social media culture (benchmarks & sharing sessions) Defend a global vision for social media across all local affiliates, making sure it is implemented Be responsible for Social Media being a powerful window of the brand (campaigns, collabs, advocacy, inno, drinks…) Deliver efficient editorial recommendations for all existing accounts (IG, FB, TW, YT) and new platforms Produce and/or gather the necessary contents, and share them internally (local markets, central teams) Lead the community management of all pages with high-intensity presence & conversations Collaborate with content team on each international content and campaign productions Develop and execute a relevant media buying to increase visibility on all global platforms. Manage the social media agency into delivering all of the above. Report monthly and yearly on local and international KPIs and activities, using HQ tools (FBM, Radarly)

INFLUENCE

Manage and enrich our network of friends & family ongoingly to sustain our good relationships Imagine, organize and deliver original digital campaigns dedicated to influencers engagement & social media visibility Manage our partnerships with the artists (music, fashion…) and negotiate their participation when necessary Support global & local activities by delivering guidelines and operational support in getting influencers on board

MEDIA AMPLIFICATION

Collaborate with content team from the beginning of each global production to plan formats & media ahead Deliver cost-efficient and consumer-centric media recommendations & partnerships for each global campaign Ensure these are delivered properly to local affiliates and report on their results and implementation

Scope and perimeter:

Indirect Management: 1 intern Main interlocutors: all central teams, Pernod Ricard local affiliates, agencies Professional relocation (% of time working) : 15%

Skills required:

2 years of experience in project management & digital amplification matters are a must Familiarity with social media tools/influence/media knowledge (agency or advertiser) are strongly preferred Knowledge and interest in Street Culture (Hip Hop, Rap, Fashion, sports…) Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability Familiar with tools such as Radarly and Facebook Business Manager are a plus

Profile required :

Education required : University/School graduate (Master’s Degree) from an accredited university/school Work experience required : 2+ years Language required: Fluent English, Spanish and French are an advantage
