Marketing Effectiveness Analyst

Do you have that #Gamechanger spirit that will make you go the extra mile to impact the business?  Well, you’re in luck! The Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM Marketing Team are looking for a Marketing Effectiveness Analyst.


Pernod Ricard is reinforcing its Digital Transformation team with the deployment of Key Digital Programs (KDPs) across the Group and by promoting the digital enablement of teams and digital culture. Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM is setting up a Regional Centre of Excellence (COE) for Marketing Effectiveness to lead the engagement and drive the delivery roadmap in EMEA LATAM markets and is looking to reinforce the team. You, as the Marketing Effectiveness Analyst, will play a key role by collaborating strongly with the Marketing Effectiveness KDP team, Matrix, in delivering business objectives.


About Marketing Effectiveness and project MATRIX


Matrix is the marketing effectiveness program of Pernod Ricard leveraging machine learning capabilities to process a large amount of marketing and sales data, allowing Pernod Ricard to precisely measure the impact of all marketing investments on sales. Matrix is being used by Pernod Ricard affiliates to make budget allocation choices. Piloted in Germany and Japan, this tool is currently being rolled-out in 7 markets and has an ambitious deployment roadmap over the coming years.


Job Missions:


You will work in the Matrix Marketing Effectiveness COE team. Your assignment will be twofold:


 You will work on data & business topics related to deploying marketing effectiveness across multiple countries and extracting/consolidating business insights and learnings out of it. Your tasks will include:



Analyzing and summarizing qualitative/quantitative insights outcomes, on ad-hoc business topics


Setting up business use cases to leverage all data sources


Monitoring size of the prize and business impact



You will hold the role of PMO, handling, organizational and communication topics. Your tasks will include:



Ensuring deployment roadmap delivery


Summarizing and sending business updates


Preparing executive presentations to Top Management


Designing and sending internal surveys



Profile required:


Soft skills:



Ability to drive change.


Ability to understand business needs


Need to be comfortable in remote / hybrid office setup


Pragmatic and capable to solve complex issues.


Positive/can do mindset and solution oriented.


Ability to structure things and meet deadlines


Ability to work with cross-cultural teams.



Hard skills:


Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse large amounts of information with attention to presentation, detail and accuracy (advanced Excel minimum, Python is a plus)



Fluent English


FMCG business understanding.


Master Agile methodology



Past experience:


4-6 years professional experience.



Experience in a leading data and insight consulting firm


Client facing


Experience with multicultural teams.



This is a full time role and based in Paris. Our hybrid working approach is 3 days in our offices next to Gare Saint Lazare and 2 days working from a place that suits you on a weekly basis.
