En sa qualité de Chef de Produits Cuirs, le (la) Salarié(e) a pour principale responsabilité :

§ Mission
Accessories Product Developer will take care of leather accessories category development in all collections.
He/She will be a key liaison with Raw Material team, Accesories Finished product vendors, production and merchandising departments. He/She will follow the planning and critical path to achieve collection deliveries and will be responsible for the related category budget (leather).
§ Scope
Development of Collections Leather Accessories for all collections/capsules, based on the collection structure given by top management.
§ Key Functions
o Raw material sourcing and brief to Raw material team, following Designer Brief and Merchandising Collection Plan
o Collection development information update, Boards, follow up shared documents, technical files.
o Styles launching, fittings and meetings session follow up and notes to be shared with dev team and vendors.
o Collection status follow up and reporting, ensure schedule milestone and critical path to achieve fittings, meetings, deliveries and edit seasons
o Preparing and ensuring internal and external samples and protos shipment, and tracking on transport
o Proactivity at solving product issues and possible interruption at prototype development (ensuring correct components available, and substitutions)
o PLM Raw material and style codification, Bill of material, compositions , certifications, quality & sustainability relate, and necessary product related data entry and hand over to production
o Vendor allocation in liaison with Accessories Director, follow up and cost negotiation with vendors. Costing improvement and target prices follow up.
o SMS tech review and final definition and delivery - and additional samples if needed.
o Hand over to production and detailed review

In similar position: 3-5 years.
PROFIL
Formation et niveau d'expérience requis :
-Ecole de commerce, vous êtes spécialisé(e) et avez déjà une forte expérience dans une maison de luxe (minimum 4 ans).
Compétences comportementales:
-Grande capacité de travail dans un environnement exigeant ;
-Excellente connaissance du milieu du luxe ;
-Esprit d’équipe essentiel.
-Sens de la communication et qualités relationnelles ;
-Réactivité, autonomie, polyvalence et ponctualité.
Compétences linguistiques :
-Excellent niveau d'anglais et de français indispensable.
-Une troisième langue comme l’Italien, l’Espagnol ou l’allemand serait un plus.
