The Role

Reporting to the EMEA Field Marketing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketer to make an impact and build a career inside one of the world’s most innovative and fast-growth cybersecurity companies.

As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will partner with sales leaders across France, Italy and Spain, defining, developing and executing the regional marketing plans for Southern Europe. More specifically you will deliver pipeline generation activities to drive MQLs, SQLs and Marketing Contribution to Pipeline, against quarterly budgets.

You will be tasked with identifying audience segmentation, marketing mix recommendation, and reporting on results. The successful candidate will enjoy working in an engaging & collaborative marketing team, dedicated to supporting the regional sales teams and working cross functionally.

Your day to day:

Define, communicate and roll-out regional marketing plans for the SEUR markets based on market maturity and right marketing mix
Manage and execute regional Account-Based marketing plan for prospect + customer either through Proofpoint-led and 3rd party marketing activities
Manage Telemarketing Programs in certain markets (Italy and Spain)
Ensure regional sales and marketing stakeholders interlock and marketing actively participates in regional sales meetings as part of the regional leadership team
Collaborate closely with the EMEA Demand Generation team to drive brand awareness and consideration for Proofpoint to define the local messaging for our content syndication and demand generation programs
Orchestrate and manage local webinars in each of the region
Collaborate with regional BDR team, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing and International PR teams to support regional activities
Develop cross-sell/up-sell as well as competitive take-out marketing programs to expend our footprint
Analysis of campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation and future enhancements
Provide quarterly regional business reporting and analysis on all programs and campaigns run in region

What you bring to the team:

Extensive marketing experience in SaaS, Cloud or IT Security Enterprise software
Experience delivering effective regional marketing programs that are integrated and multi-channel and that deliver measurable and repeatable results
Good knowledge of B2B marketing mix and strong program and operational experience driving pipeline generation
Experience working cross functionally and in collaborative working environments
Good Marketing Automation experience, CRM (Salesforce) experience required as well 
Experience with Account Based Marketing methodology and tactics
Innovative and creative thinker who contributes valuable new ideas and insights
Resilience, drive and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing market
Fluency in French and English required, Spanish/Italian beneficial
