Reporting to the Communication Director, the Experience and Marketing Manager is responsible for, among other things, the following tasks :
- DIGITAL MARKETING :.
- Planning, management and execution of direct marketing campaigns (via Hubspot tool).
- Performance monitoring : recommendation of actions to optimise opening rates and improve conversion rates.
- Animation and update of the Women's Forum website (webmaster skills would BE appreciated) and proposition of content to improve on IT.
- CRM / DATA BASE MANAGEMENT :.
- Daily management of the database and the CRM tools.
- Management of CRM cleaning campaigns, unsubscribing, contacts, related to GDPR.
- Knowing how to use our customer database : extractions, statistics and analyses (requests from referral partners, reference searches, e-mailings, turnover monitoring, etc.) and monitoring the quality of our CRM (KPIs).
- ACTIVATION AND ANIMATION OF THE WOMEN'S FORUM COMMUNITY (ONLINE COMMUNITY, PARTNERS etc.) :.
- Writing and sending a regular newsletter to all Women's Forum community members.
- Deployment of a strategy adapted to each of the Women's Forum communities for their activation, in connection with the various departments of the Women's Forum (including through Publicis Groupe's platform called Marcel).
- Animating our community by organising, producing and promoting a series of parallel Btob events (e.g. series of virtual or face-to-face events and/or series of Btob breakfasts etc.).
- COMMUNICATION :.
- Manage and optimise omnichannel communication plans.
In order to meet your goals, you must demonstrate organisational, personal, and technical skills, especially :
- Excellent editorial and writing skills in English and in French as our writings will BE read and will contribute to the image of the Women's Forum. IT is also essential for the promotion of our content and datas in an international context.
- Strong interest in gender and international relations issues and motivation to raise awareness on these issues among others.
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Autonomy, adaptabiliy and dynamism.
- Very good interpersonal skills, team player and willing to give a hand when needed.
PROFILE
You have an advanced education (graduate degree), followed by a at least 2/3 years experience in a company or an agency, which have enabled you to acquire marketing and creative abilities.
