Defines the marketing strategy, goals and objectives, based on Clinical Solutions strategic priorities, for a portfolio of clinical products (international and local). Communicates compelling value propositions for Clinical Solutions, its products and services to key audiences - librarians, users and senior hospital executives. Networking and building long-term partnerships with Hospitals Federations ( Private/public/non profit), medical societies representatives to change the image of Elsevier and position as a key actor in health = thought leadership Builds actions and participate to key events with local stakeholders to make Elsevier shine Produces local content piece to communicate on Elsevier's value proposition Generates leads amongst influencers and decision makers to support acquisition targets. Responsible for qualifying and managing leads to Sales via CRM. Generates demand and awareness amongst clinicians through activities such as SEM, advertising and exhibits attendance. Supports sales with the production of sales tools, product information, competitor comparisons. Develops and executes Media, PR and events strategy. Drives usage of products to support customer retention. Establishes territory-level usage goals per product and implements programs in partnership with Sales. Builds strong relationships with customer and create local customer ambassor to do customer testimonial, video interview Organizes events to strengthen Elsevier positioning, generate leads on solutions and leads for PoC new solutions (eg: Paris symposium, Paris Healthcare week) Innovates by finding new channels for lead acquisition on local products Builds personalized marketing partnership for key prospects Tracks and reports on progress towards targets and adjusts approach where necessary. Manages the qualification of leads and tracks progress through CRM. Manages budget and reports on ROI of marketing activities
