Reporting to the Sales and Marketing director, the Strategic Marketing and Pricing manager will BE in charge of implementing the aftermarket business growth strategy for Safran Cabin Services, as well as ensuring the accuracy and profitability of the products and services portfolio.
This key role, supported by a team of 3 analysts and one apprentice located in France and in the USA combines operational and strategic activities and is at the heart of the business of Cabin Services
1/ Regarding Pricing activities, key responsibilities will BE to
- Ensure the optimization and profitability of Safran Cabin Services worldwide aftermarket pricing policy according to product family, customer segmentation, contractual requirements and identified market competition.
- Establish and manage annual Safran Cabin pricing catalogues by coordinating Cabin Business Units, Program teams and Supply Chain on a worldwide scale for the content elaboration, update, and.
delivery to the end customers
- Support Sales managers and Front office teams in the definition of specific customer pricing strategies.
- Report on pricing operational performance through a dedicated set of KPIs.
- Develop and optimize pricing operations by coordinating with IS department on the implementation or optimization of ERP and pricing tools.
2/ Regarding Strategic Marketing activities, your responsibilities will BE to :
- Design and implement the aftermarket growth strategy with focus both on products and services.
- Prepare, through regular forecast and market analyses, and in coordination with Sales and Finance, Safran Cabin Services annual sales budget target and the middle term plan.
- Conduct in depth studies on Safran Cabin Services eco-system (customer drivers, market trends, competition, barriers to entry) with a short, mid and long term view.
- Identify growth avenues and launch sales campaigns by implementing customer targeted opportunities in Cabin Services CRM (MS Dynamics).
- Contribute to the market intelligence activity in accordance with Safran GRPs by animating a network of key contributors.
- Initiate strategic partnerships aimed at developing Cabin Services aftermarket business network on Safran Cabin product lines.
- Impulse innovation and digital strategy in the aftermarket in close coordination with the Manufacturing Units, Safran Cabin innovation teams and Programs.
